CASTLE OF DREAMERS SET TO EMBRACE POSITIVE CHANGE.
Speaking on Sunday the 14th May 2024 during a colorful event which was held at IMPACT Gardens in Nathenje, the main speaker, Franklin Chilomba, stated that the organization aims to bridge the gap between new graduates and potential employers.
Chilomba observes that for decades, the experience requirement demanded by employers has been a barrier for recent university graduates in securing jobs.
Chilomba adds that he is optimistic that this initiative will result in more youth finding employment after acquiring skills from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience.
He states that internship programs for these youths, who have expressed interest in areas such as Sustainable Agriculture, Health, Education, Water and Sanitation, Journalism, Community Development, and Youth Economic Empowerment, are scheduled to start early next month.
Speaking next, Khumbo Kaonga, a graduate from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources-LUANAR, emphasizes the importance of utilizing this golden opportunity to build a career.
Kaonga also applauds Castle of Dreamers for initiating this program, stating that it has the potential to unlock brilliant opportunities.
Meanwhile, Castle of Dreamers is currently working in the areas of Senior Chief Chadza, Kalumbu, Mazengera, Tsabango, Kalumba, and Chimutu in Lilongwe Rural East.
